Triplikid, the artist behind the Groper, Dolar & Mirth figures, has revealed on his Instagram the upcoming "Mini Mirth" release! While hard to judge size from these comparison shots — showing the black "Mini Mirth" next to the 5-inch tall white "Mirth"— we have to guess this bite-size version is roughly 2- to 3-inches tall, but packed with all the same great detail work as the original! We understand that these are a couple of weeks away from release with a price yet-to-be-determined, but we have the feeling everyone is going to want these fantastic figures. Now the real question is: how long before we get "Mini Gropers" and "Mini Dolars"?!?

A brand new partnership of three fantastic artists has formed: the Men Of Ominous Nature, or M.O.O.N. Comprised of Mutant Vinyl Hardcore, Paul Kaiju, and Splurrt, the above pictured "Moon Goon" is the first toy they've spawned as a collective. The brain child of Paul Kaiju, this figure was sculpted by all three of the artists, resulting in one massive, 12-inch tall prototype ready to be made in soft Japanese vinyl (sofubi). Still a bit off from release, we couldn't help but share this fantastic piece with you now!

SEN just sent over some awesome news for all you designer toy collectors out there... 4" Hellboy Munny resin recasts... RAD! The design is based on his 7" Hellboy Munny that he created a while back, and this run is hand cast and painted individually, coated with protective coat, and there are a total of 10 ready to go... 7 pieces in the original "Red" color and 3 pieces in the "Black" edition.... both of which are up for grabs HERE right now for just $75 a pop!

A duo of custom "Captain Sturnbrau" and a "WoodSprite" OG sculpture from Jon-Paul Kaiser!!!

Jon-Paul Kaiser is back in the spotlight once again with a few different customs... all of which turned out just like you would expect... AMAZING! First up is a couple of different Captain Sturnbrau customs for a couple of UK based customers. One is a 3" Dunny interpretation of the great Captain, and the second is a zombie version of the Captain using the original figure. A prototype of this was made by Toy2R but is very unlikely to see the light of day... so this guy that you see above is JPK's resculpted version of the figure, with a more skeletal face and his gizzards hanging out on display... RAD!
Next on his list is a custom "WoodSprite" that is going to drop in his store HERE! It's a small figure, the head is vinyl, the tree is plastic, the rest is an original sculpt. The whole thing is just 2.5-3" tall so the figure himself is very small, maybe just over 1".... have you ever wanted to own an original JPK figure... now is your chance!

Adventure Time Mystery Minis from Funko!!!

Funko continues to slay it when it comes to mini-figure releases and they teamed up with Pendleton Ward and Cartoon Network to release the uber popular Adventure Time characters in an all new Mystery Minis series... and... For the first time EVER... each Mystery Mini figure will come in an embossed collectors tin! It's a collectible in a collectible! These are still in blind-box form, or blind-tin form, so the character on the inside is still a mystery! The assortment will still be random and just as much as a hunt as typical Mystery Minis! This features 2.5" tall figures inside of one of 8 different 4" stylized tins. These figures all have a 1/12 , so the chances for each character are equal... and there are 12 possible figures available! Look for these to drop May, 2014!!!

Dr. Gangreen returns to invade ToyCon UK!!!

Returning from the depths of obscurity nearly 30 years since the Great Tomato War, the evil Dr P.T.Gangreen has enlisted the twisted minds of both Triclops and The Disarticulators to realize his most disturbing creation yet... the Killer Tomato Ball! Currently undergoing cloning for a full-scale invasion at ToyCon UK in April, the above image is all we have to go on at this time, but judging by the size of those teeth, and the dead look in that eye... only the most dedicated toy collector should even attempt to go near these crazed fruit (or is it vegetable?!) based creatures!!! Expect more news from the doctor as we all near our impending doom on April 12th!

Who wouldn't want to win some Hand-Painted (HP) figures by Joe "Splurrt" Merrill himself, right?!? Merrill is making three one-off hand-paints to be given away as Golden Tickets with the recently announced pre-order for his own designed & sculpted "Lab Mice," produced by Rampage Toys. Merrill is painting one of his Cadaver Kid figures, a set of the three Lab Mice, and one other not-yet-decided figure, each of which will be given away as a Golden Ticket to a pre-order customer… so you have three chances to win if you snag any of the pre-order versions of the Lab Mice currently available in the Rampage Toys online shop until Sunday, March 23rd, 2014 at 6PM Pacific time.

Huck Gee & Shane Jessup join the Mighty Jaxx family in April! What is going on?!?

In addition to yesterday's announcement that Jeremy "MAD" Madl would be working with Mighty Jaxx starting next month, teasers have been rolled out for Shane Jessup (above) and Huck Gee (below) joining the Mighty Jaxx family in April as well! Speculation is high that these top names could each be designing new releases for the company or are part of some massive print release campaign, but I suspect a third option… these artists — as well as some others we have yet to hear about — were enlisted to design the first rounds of paint applications on a new platform figure the company is releasing. It would be a radical shift for Mighty Jaxx, but who wouldn't want them to get in on the blind boxed figure action!
