WTF is Doctor Flop? And why would you seek medical advice from him?

The honest answer is that I don't know what Doctor Flop is. It appears to be an ongoing art project by an Italian artist, showing medical malpractice in an irreverent and even cute manner. The main characters, if you would, are: Surgeon (above left), Nurse (above right), Tree (below left) and The Chiarian One (below right). Nothing on the official site appears to be for sale and the exhibitions tab is unlinked, but scrolling through the illustrations section will certainly bring a smile to your face.
