Carson Catlin's "Brothers" custom Mario & Luigi for Video Game Show!

Clik here to view.Created by Carson Catlin for the upcoming video game inspired group show "Game On," these Super Mario Bros.'s Mario and Luigi figures have been customized by Catlin in his reticulated style. The duo, titled "Brothers," maintain their classic external colors while switching their primary associated colors — red for Mario, green for Luigi — as internal bases, which you can glimpse through the cut-out aspects. They will be available during the exhibition for $500 each or $900 for the set.

"Game On" opens on March 22nd with a reception from 6:30PM until 9:30PM and pieces from the show will be on display through April 20th, 2013 at the 1AM Gallery, 1000 Howard St., San Francisco, CA 94103.
