Who is "Beardie McBeardsalot"? A Lost Huck Gee Post-Apocalypse Dunny?

Titled "Beardie McBeardsalot," this figure is probably a rejected submission for the series, but it easily could be an upcoming stand-alone release Dunny or even an 8-inch production piece.
