Like some strange hybrid formation of iconic Frankenstein imagery with elements from any steampunky horror creation, Don P's "Apoca Bart" — as in Apocalyptic Bart Simpson — transforms the 10-inch tall Toy2r vinyl Qee figure into a wide-eyed creature that perhaps didn't survive the end of the world completely sane. I love the duotone paint application and how it lets the subtle detailing — as well as amazing contraption construction — really speak for themselves. Striking and simple sometimes is the perfect way to be.
