Sawdust Bear's exclusive "Bantayan Reef Larms" for Designer Con!

Shing Yin Khor, she known as Sawdust Bear, is making preparations for the 2012 Designer Con already, as you can see from the three work-in-progress "Bantayan Reef Larms" pictured above. According to Khor, the backstory for this adorable beasties is thus: "As their original homes have been largely destroyed from a combination of dynamite and cyanide fishing, these larms are seeking new ones. They carry small reef ecosystems salvaged from the ruins of their former habitats on their back." And the fantastic reasons to venture to California's Designer Toy convention continue to grow…
