"One must be sane to think clearly but one can think deeply and be quite insane." |
A true unsung hero of modern science, Nikola Tesla was the inventor of hundreds of scientific devices and theories that we hold common today- Alternating Current, the Radio, the Lazer, Wireless Energy, and the Light Bulb. Despite his countless scientific accomplishments Tesla's work was constantly overshadowed by contemporary scientific rivals like Thomas Edison. Although being a scientist far beyond his peers, Tesla's work remained relatively unnoticed until just recently. This rejection bruised Tesla's ego and drove him a little mad.... to the point that at the end of his career he was designing Spaceships and Death Rays that could destroy the earth using its own wireless energy against itself.
